We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Solutions Engineer to drive real-world AI solutions, helping businesses unlock new levels of efficiency and innovation. You will integrate and optimize AI agent tools and multi-agent frameworks to solve real business challenges.


Role Overview

As an AI Agent Solutions Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy agentic solutions tailored to business needs. You will work with cutting-edge AI builder platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, LangGraph, Salesforce Agentforce, n8n, Agent.ai, CrewAI and more, delivering customized, scalable solutions for diverse industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Agentic Solutions: Design and deploy AI agents using the leading AI tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with Clients & Teams: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions.
  • Architect End-to-End AI Workflows: Integrate AI agents into existing business systems and workflows for seamless automation.
  • Optimize Performance: Customize and enhance AI agents for scalability, efficiency, cost-effectiveness and user experience.
  • Implement AI & Machine Learning Models: Incorporate ML algorithms into agent frameworks to improve automation and decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot & Maintain AI Agents: Identify and resolve performance issues, ensuring smooth deployment and functionality.
  • Stay Ahead of AI Trends: Keep up with emerging technologies in AI, automation, and agent-based systems.
  • Guide Clients Through AI Deployment: Act as a technical expert, assisting customers in implementation and adoption.
  • Create Documentation & Training Materials: Develop resources to help clients maximize the value of agentic solutions.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agent builder tools and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
  • Experience with API integrations, cloud platforms, and scalable architectures.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle AI implementation challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in enterprise-scale AI implementations, solution architecture, or technical consulting will be advantageous.
